We created this toolbox some time ago for our dear customer CSR with the goal of fast tracking the process from shop drawing to manufacturing scheduling. This toolbox helps auto-add accessories such as end caps, T-Junction, floor tracks, rebates, reinforcement, glue, screws, corner pieces.Each component is recognized with a unique ID in the software and will be exported into a manufacturing schedule that factory workers can read and carry out assembly of each panel.The productivity when using the Toolbox has increased 250% compared to manually drawing each panel and entering the dimensions into a simple Excel spreadsheet. But most importantly, QA checks can be done and controlled within the shop drawing process because everything is diagramed and visible, and we know that what we see is what comes out of the shop.
