Union Technical Outsource was originally founded in Ho Chi Minh as a steel detailing and shop drawing team by Victor Luu.
Having worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, Victor saw an opportunity to streamline daunting technical tasks for Australian businesses in the building sector by pairing specialized offshore technicians with a great office environment and benefits with modern customer relations techniques to undertake the most time-consuming and technical tasks that any construction project must go through.
We help AEC businesses (architecture, engineering and construction) handle large volumn of work by providing access to our resources of highly-skilled engineers and technicians at hand.
